Searching on the internet, I found some websites that refer to epic progression for certain prestige classes (for example, Loremaster, Incantatrix, etc). These pages have a description for progression beyond level 10 of the prestige class and describe bonus feats, class features, etc. Some of the pages also cite to a source book for the description, e.g. ELH p. 20 for the epic Loremaster.

I have not linked the sites because I am not sure if they violate copyrights. The only thread (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?197194-Epic-Prestige-Class-Progression-Question&highlight=epic+prestige) I found on GitP forums seems to imply that the DM builds epic progression using general rules of class features vs bonus feats. Do these epic level progression for prestige classes actually exist? Or are they homebrew based on general rules?

Really simply, a lot exist, but the GM can simply “follow the pattern” of existing classes to make their epic counterparts.

EDIT: by RAW (iirc), only (base classes and) 10-level Prestige Classes get epic progressions. By RAW, only things that the class gives “on a regular basis” carry over to their epic progression, and do so at the same rate as they did pre-Epic.

In practice, the former may be true, but the latter decidedly is not (Epic Illithid Savant and Epic Mystic Theurge come to mind).

I don’t know if there is any rule on “rate of progression of bonus Epic feats granted by classes (Prestige or otherwise).

There are some in the SRD: https://www.d20srd.org/indexes/epicBasicsAndClasses.htm

There are more in Epic Insights: https://web.archive.org/web/20161031220420/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/ei (some of these use 3.0 rules).

There are more in some other books such as Player's Guide to Faerun, but some of those are quite dodgy (such a giving a full casting class the highest rate of epic feats, otherwise reserved for the Fighter).

There are general guidelines for advancing classes into epic (including prestige classes) in the 3.5 DMG, p. 206.
