Hey folks, do you guys know if the maneuver Decree of Freedom works against grapples? tyvm in advance!

Considering it seems to be based on freedom of movement but neglects to include the wording about grapples I assume it's an intentional omission, so no I don't think it was supposed to protect against grappling.
