[3rd Party] Enhanced [Armor] Veils and Armor Spikes

In most ways, Enhanced Armor Veils work as regular armor for the purpose of adding special materials and enhancements. Would they be eligible to add armor spikes? Are there any...idk...veil or akashic armor spikes for Armor Veils?

Enhanced armor veils are treated as armor for spells, powers, class features, etc, so if you can find something that adds spikes to armor, it would apply to enhanced armor veils as well.
