Howdy, y'all!

I can't remember if I've posted this here, so I figured I'd do so.

The author of Planegea, David Somerville, was recently on the WebDM Patreon podcast. Apparently, he had developed some game structures for running hunting, gathering, and crafting adventures. He had them all ready to go and laid out, but there just wasn't room to include them in the book, so he put them up on reddit:

I haven't run any of these myself, but I've just prepped a hunt using these tools and it looks way more exciting to run than just a skill challenge (which was what I was going to do). Anyways, I don't know if these will help y'all, but I figured it helped me, so I wanted to share.

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. For those concerned about the exploration pillar of the game not being fleshed out enough, this might change their entire approach to the game.

Thanks, animorte! I mean, they're pretty awesome. I ran a whole hunt that turned into a pretty serious little adventure. Dropped a 6th-level PC. It was a blast!

By the way, for anyone looking for good RPG inspirational reading, check this out. (https://thealexandrian.net/wordpress/15126/roleplaying-games/game-structures) Like animorte said, it changed my whole view on game prep.
