Phrenomancer (variant cerebremancer) 3.5

This is a cerebremancer variant class, so you can't take levels in this class and cerebremancer at the same time. Under the hood: Ultimate Magus chassis (spellcasting/manifesting progression, bonus to CL/ML, feats). Also formalizes what many tables houserule in terms of magic-psionic transparency in relation to metamagic and metapsionic feats and crafting feats.

I like the idea. Given the loss of caster levels, it might actually be ok to let someone take this in addition to taking cerebemancer.
