I saw this on Kickstarter...and it's passed over US$1 million!

A Monty Python themed tabletop RPG?!!

I'm oddly intrigued and may back it.

What do you think?

But… what would you quote while playing it? :smallconfused::smallbiggrin:

Spike Milligan. Obviously.

What do you think? I think that the jugged fish is halibut. :smallwink:

I ordered the shopkeeper bundle / 10.
My old school group, from the 70's, are going to have a nice Christmas in 2023.

I couldn't pass up the little dice catapults.

The inside of the book looks good. Plus those classes you can play are varied:

Cleric
Enchanter
Hermit
Knight
Monarch
Monk/Nun
Ne’erdowell
Noble
Peasant
Troubadour

Not quite DND or Pathfinder, but still impressive.

Not interested unless the wooden box is made of larch.

If the rabbit is not the games equivalent of the tarrasque I'm gonna cry.

Hopefully the alignment system will have Lawful Evil with wicked, wicked Zoot as the example.

Supreme gamemaking authority is derived from a mandate of the backers, not from some farcical financial ceremony.

As a Monty Python fan, this sounds absolutely horrible. It seems needlessly antagonistic... Like it's designed deliberately to ruin friendships.

Well, that's why they built the Argument Clinic.

During play it's a requirement someone makes a D&D reference joke. D6 be like 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 6.

The campaign has about 4 days left. I just backed it at the Bloody Peasant level, meaning I get a PDF of the book. (Money is tight right now.)

While I'm glad to be part of this campaign, there's one downside to my pledge.

All backers getting physical rewards get this coconut dice roller. (I'm a "Bloody Peasant" so none for me!) Still, where did they get those coconuts in a temperate climate?!

... it could be a European Swallow ...
