Path of the Augur

A vizier who chooses the path of the augur becomes attuned to the movements of the tapestry of fate and is able to shift its threads to aid allies and imperil foes. The vizier gains the ability to summon a deck of special cards as a free action that they can use to read the fates. They gain the Harrowed feat, treating this deck as a harrow deck for all purposes. These cards cannot be sundered, disarmed, or stolen as they are a manifestation of their connection to their path.
The deck contains 54 cards separated into 6 suits or “Houses” of 9 cards each. The 6 houses are: The Hammer (Strength), The Key (Dexterity), The Shield (Constitution), The Book (Intelligence), The Star (Wisdom), and The Crown (Charisma).

This is a Mystic Attunement for the Vizier akashic class, which can be found here (https://libraryofmetzofitz.fandom.com/wiki/Vizier).

Draw the Fates (Su): At 1st level a vizier embarking upon the path of the augur has learned to use their deck in new ways. As a swift action a number of times per day equal to 1⁄2 their vizier level (minimum 1) plus their veilweaving modifier the vizier may draw a card from their deck and call down either an Exaltation or Descension of fate upon a target within 30ft, causing a spectral copy of the card to orbit the target for the duration of its effect similarly to an ioun stone. The card has a random effect determined by rolling 1d6 and consulting the tables below for the card’s house. If the vizier chooses the Descension option the target is allowed a Will Save with a save DC equal to 10 + 1 ⁄ 2 the vizier’s level + their veilweaving modifier to negate the card’s effect.
A card’s effect lasts a number of rounds equal to the vizier’s veilweaving modifier (minimum 1), and a target may only have a single Exaltation or Descension affecting it at any given time, with any new card’s effects replacing the old. The effects of each card increase by 1 at 5th level and every 4 levels thereafter.

Exaltations

2
The Key
This card grants the target a +1 luck bonus to attack rolls.

3
The Shield
This card provides a damage reduction of 2/- to the target.

4
The Book
This card grants the target a +1 luck bonus on saving throws.

5
The Star
This card grants the target a +1 luck bonus to AC.

6
The Crown
This card grants the target Fast Healing 2.

Decensions

d6
Card
Effect

1
The Hammer
This card grants the target a -1 penalty to damage rolls.

2
The Key
This card grants the target a -1 penalty to attack rolls.

3
The Shield
This card causes the target to take 1 additional damage from all sources. This damage is the same type as the source and is never multiplied on a critical hit and cannot be increased by other effects (except Ascension).

4
The Book
This card grants the target a -1 penalty to saving throws.

5
The Star
This card grants the target a -1 penalty to AC.

6
The Crown
This card causes the target to take 2 damage at the beginning of their turns. This damage is a pulse of akashic energy and ignores all resistances and damage reduction.

Ascension (Su): At 5th level the vizier becomes aware that one’s fate can be compounded by smaller factors, like a pebble giving way to an avalanche. When the vizier uses their Draw the Fates ability, they may expend one additional use of that ability to draw a second card from their deck as part of the same action. The first drawn card determines the effect of the Exaltation or Descension, and the second drawn card is used to empower that effect based on the second card’s house, as determined below.

Ascensions

d6
Second Card
Empowerment
Efect

1 or 4
Hammer or Book
The Lord
Double effects of the empowered card

2 or 5
Key or Star
The Lady
Double duration of the empowered card

3 or 6
Shield or Crown
The Fool
Effects of the empowered card are applied to all allies (or enemies) within a 20ft radius of the original target. If effects applied to enemies they are each allowed a save to negate effects as normal for a Descension

Synastry (Su): At 9th level the vizier gains an awareness of the way people's fates can be intertwined. They may use their Draw the Fates ability as a standard action while expending two of its uses to draw a card and create a reflection of it upon another’s fate. If they drew an Exaltation its inverse Descension can be applied to a valid target and vice versa. The inverse house relationships are as follows: Hammer and Book, Key and Star, and Shield and Crown.
This ability cannot be used in conjunction with Ascension or Manifest Major Arcana, and the vizier cannot use Draw the Fates as a swift action in the same round they use this ability.

Dispositor (Su): At 13th level the vizier has learned that their own fates can take hold of the paths they steer others upon. Whenever they use their Draw the Fates ability on another they may draw a second card at no cost, rolling and applying its Exaltation effect to themselves, lasting its normal duration.
This ability may be used as part of the Ascension and/or Synastry abilities (but not Manifest Major Arcana), granting the vizier the Exaltation’s normal effects.

Manifest Major Arcanum (Su): At 17th level the vizier gains a mastery that begins to not only read the fates, but warp them. Once per day they may spend five uses of their Draw the Fates ability as a full round action to change the destiny of both allies and enemies alike. The vizier may roll upon the Exaltation table 3 times, rerolling any duplicate results, and apply those card’s benefits to all allies (including themselves) within 30ft. At the same time, they may apply the inverse house Descension effect of those cards to all enemies within the same radius (allowing saves to negate the effects as normal).
This ability may not be affected by the vizier’s Ascension, Synastry, or Dispositor abilities.

-Edited upon suggestions for the Draw the Fates Ability so that the description of the Exaltation and Descension effects is more clear. Now instead of it saying "The benefits/penalties granted by each card increase by 1 at 5th level and every 4 levels thereafter." it instead says "The effects of each card increase by 1 at 5th level and every 4 levels thereafter.".
