Since Naberius heals ability damage every round, and drug addiction usually imposes ability damage, are there any useful drug addict builds out there? Or is this severely limited because many drugs are an alchemical bonus?

Drug addiction only imposes ability damage upon beginning withdrawal stages, so naberius would effectively negate the withdrawal, making addiction mechanically irrelevant, though how it would affect it in world would be up to your DM.

There's also a few diseases, one which boosts STR and the other AC, abf their only downsides are ability damage, which Naberius negates. If you want unlimited STR or AC, and your DM to assault you with a Player's Handbook, this would be how to do it

Festering Anger (the disease that boosts strength) is just completely broken no matter what you pair it with. Even just from the PHB, we have Lesser Restoration, which is easily able to keep up with 1d3 Con damage per day. Heck, even bed rest will, on average, keep up with it. Contract Festering Anger, sleep it off until either your Str reaches 50 or so, or your Con gets dangerously low, and then go out and smash all the faces.

It gets even more broken when paired with Cancer Mage (in the same book!), Naberius, or Strongheart Vest, but it's still broken right from the start.

I guess it could be useful in a Maiden of Pain build. Agony addiction is a class feature. Usually they take Dex damage each day they go without, but Naberius could negate that.
