Rather a springboard off of this thread (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?649079-3-5-Feats-That-Change-Or-Add-Skill-Uses&highlight=alchemy), instead of skills being modified by feats, class abilities, etm, is there any exhaustive list of new skills or new uses for skills from various source/splat books?

DaremetoIdareyou has a lot of threads on most of the skills; check their profile

There's a possibly complete list of skills here: https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?648292-3-5-List-of-All-Skills

This is an impressive list of skills, but it doesn't cover new uses for skills. Which indeed are plenty, and rather spread out.

Maybe we should start such a list?

Just from the SRD, there are the basic uses, another section for the psionic skills (mostly new use for concentration), and yet another for the epic use of skills.

Complete Warrior has variant uses for Perform, Knowledge and Sleight of Hand.

Complete Adventurer has probably the biggest expansion for about all the existing skills.

And because I found out recently, I shall mention that Dragon Magazine #301 has a slew of new use for skills fitting for a swashbuckling campaign.

I haven't seen a general list of alternate uses for skills, but I can contribute a couple of specific ones:

The skill tricks from Complete Scoundrel are a new use for skill points and some of them enable new methods of using the skills themselves.
