Spontaneous Combustion power, where can I find it?

Online, in a couple websites is listed this power:
Spontaneous Combustion
psi/wild 4
Deals both fire and constitution damage with a Fort half save.

These websites list Mind's Eye as the source, but unfortunately I cannot find from which iteration.
Do you guys have the link of the Mind's Eye article with this psionic power?

Yeah, well thank you. Now at least I know the 3.0 article the power came from. But I really don't have a clue about where it was updated.
