Magic Item survival kit?

Does anyone have a link to what magic items a pc should have (particularly a melee fighter type) to do well at high level? I think it was designed with covering up weaknesses in mind, and I think it was at least roughly divided by character level.

You've got the List of Necessary Magic Items (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?187851-3-5-Lists-of-Necessary-Magic-Items) to start with.

Beyond that you mostly just need a weapon, probably want some armour+shield (unless you're doing shock trooper in which case you probably can't get enough AC to matter.

Add to that a magic tattoo that lets you cast Featherfall 1/day as a swift action, a relic of your early days in the dungeons. Possibly just one of a handful of similar 1 use per day spell effects that would have made survival at low levels easier, but these days are rarely even thought of.
Magic Weapon, Mage Armour, Cure Light Wounds, Comprehend Languages, Detect Secret Doors, Mount, Floating Disk, Goodberry, Expeditious Retreat, Swift Girding, etc...a single casting a day could spell the difference between life and death for a 2nd to 5th level party...and are still there, marked in your flesh, all these levels later...
