Examples of Kingdom Sheets & Kingdom Turns?

I’m trying to fit my head around the kingdom-building rules in Ultimate Campaign, and I’m having a hard time getting a feel for the numbers and what an actual kingdom in play would look like. There are a couple partial examples in the text, but it would help to have fully developed examples of kingdoms in progress.

Does anyone have any kingdom sheets from prior or current games, or know any kingdom-building campaign journals that show the kingdom stats as they change turn by turn?

Do you, perchance, still have any notes or sheets from that game? Live stats from kingdoms in play is what I really need.
