NOTE: Moscow is a huge city with a vast number of districts (12.5 Million kine, 250 Kindred (1;50,000 ratio), IF there are any volunteers to act as CO-ST or Moderator please let me know.

Moscow 2023, is a city prospering from energy, technology, and utility industries. The financial elites, foreign dignitaries, and expats enjoy the vast wealth this city provides. Operas, Theaters, Galleries, Fine Dining, and exclusive personal invite events provide endless opportunities for entertainment. BUT, Moscow is also the corpse of a rotting giant, where ancient practices of serfdom imprisoned millions more in a decadent hell of poverty. Some districts of Moscow house embassies, European schools and medical facilities; it is in these sections that notorious military research corporations (Pentex, Horizon Security, and Prophet-Tech) who actively conduct unethical research and human experiments. Suburbs also have moderate amenities with Cafes, Galleries, Concert Halls, Street galleries, and parks. The suburbs share some parks that are tainted with recent serial killings and moderate crime in the areas. Then there are the slums, make-shift shelters with scrap materials, haunted structures with horrific mysteries. Crime is rampant and is so bad that police do not respond to emergencies in these areas.


Moscow when the sun goes down reveals the true extent of the decay. Haunted buildings, Pentex and Horizon actively kidnap supernaturals when they are able, cult magics, and a vast array of undead. Garou aren't a major problem, only Glasswalkers and Bone Gnawers hang out in the city, the other tribes stick to the outskirts about 100 miles outside of the central ring. The city also houses three layers of underground networks, the Subway systems (active and abandoned) have multiple connections where neonates make their havens and alcoves are used as lounges and night clubs to openly feed; The Soviet era tunnels are old brick and broken pipes in a sewage filled system. This system connects to havens of many ancillae, only the longest and most trusted ghouls can be found in this section.; Finally, the catacombs; there are very few access points and are heavily guarded. This very primitive and roughly-hewn network are comprised of elders and only the elders or the unlucky ancillae holding an assignment from the Primogen will be allowed in this section. IF an individual is brought to this level and doesn't have a title, it spells major trouble.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS

Yes, 2023 Moscow is in play, HOWEVER here are some changes I've been working on

July 2023; An unknown special operations group infiltrates the presidential residence of Vladimyr Putin, Russian Embassy in Washington DC residence of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, and the private estate of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Groups kidnap the three leaders, shortly after each mysteriously reappears in handcuffs on the steps of the Hague to stand trial for humanitarian crimes. The families of the three leaders were not targeted, and have fled to neutral countries who agree to provide asylum. The three nations Mexico, Honduras, and Brazil publicly announce that they will not support extradition of these families.

August 2023; The Duma announces emergency elections to fill the positions of President, Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, and Parliamentary Leadership. Votes for President, Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister will not be individual candidates rather serve on the same ticket to ensure continuity by a single party controlling the Kremlin. The Duma announces the Parliamentary Leadership positions will remain individual candidates as they represent districts. The Parliamentary leader announces that the 450 member Duma is dissolved as of election day and will be replaced by a 21 member Parliament. 18 will make up the representatives of 9 districts, and 3 Governors that control regions of 3 districts.

Within hours of the announcement, candidates from the Communist, National Socialist, Labor, Democratic, and Open Republic submit candidacy tickets to the Election General

November 2023; Polls close and the Communist ticket has overwhelmingly defeated the other parties. The streets begin to fill with protestors, and nobody can explain how an unpopular ticket was able to defeat the more freedom aligned candidates.

While the winning ticket hasn’t officially been inaugurated, the members go on television demanding the people to embrace the results of the free elections. After a week of constant civil unrest, the winning ticket begins to demand police and military forces be used to enforce law.

The Communist ticket and the victories of 16 of 18 districts choosing the Communist candidate; Russia has returned to a Communist powerbase; it is extremely unpopular with the people though nobody can find any wrongdoing.

Nikolai Andreev (President), Ivan Vinogradov (Prime Minister), Vladimir Nikitin (Foreign Minister), Valentin Zaitsev (Parliamentary Leader)

Communist Russian Assembly: Dimitri Tarasov, Mikhail Orlov, Kirill Zakharov, Maksim Solovyov, Alexei Golubev, Adrian Khrushchev, Akim Timoshenko, and Alek Konstantinovich. The other eight communist members are lesser known and serve in Siberian districts.

HOPE this gets peoples interest up because it will bleed into the world of darkness.

Ivan decides to wear his usual dark blue hoodie and jeans and a olive green shirt underneath. He doesn’t really prepare in any way. Just drinks some blood from his roommates and decided to check some hacking and tech forums. He is planning on asking the group if they'd like like he contact details if they need a hacker for anything. Always good to let people know your usefulness right away.

FEEDING RULES; Note how many hours you plan to hunt, roll a D10 for each hour and every dice that has a result of 5 or more is a successful blood point gained.


Intimacy and extremely dark scenes will be *Censored* rather than written out. There are kiddies all over and we don't want people coming in getting messed up because of a story.

Oof, realised I'd mucked up virtues and realised had some extra freebies as a result. I was trying g to figure out how it was possible to get a starting 7 humanity and forgot that there are free dots for conscience and self-control. Back up to 3 dot mentor and a bit more willpower.

Also, yes I did a little nudge. VtM is supposed to be a group thing where the players work together (yes there can be conflicts and secrets, even betrayals; but in the end they should be relying on each other as the bottom feeders of Kindred society)

Everyone that is in now has benefits that can contribute to the group. We are a few players short as I haven't seen them since they posted their interest.

That being said, let me know if you want an NPC. (Write; I want an NPC or I do not want an NPC) so that I won't be trying to figure out what the group wants. Also, what kind of NPC. Combat, Financial, Magic, Investigation, etc. as their primary role for the group. They will be in the background for the most part and only support the group.

Oh and when you're ready, the group goes to Misha and asks for the haven, since having a coterie was the goal. (Ie. mingle and you can post that you are going to talk to someone in a suit or the crazy guy picking his nose in the corner or whatever if you want to talk to NPCs)

Same, if Chrono cam join us I think we'll be fine. If not I'd like a combat NPC. In my head it's a strong/potent nosferatu with amazing obfuscate that only works if it's standing in the background behind us.

should you wish to borrow a gun, raul expects it back in as good of a condition as he gave it to you. he's willing to let you replace it or pay him enough moolah to get another as well

he will also take vitae should you be unable to pay

Dragonsbreath is even legal in some states in USA so shouldn't be so hard to come by.
HEDP grenades might be harder, Dark do I have to make a contacts roll or something for those?

Been a while since the gm responded. I'm worried that the gm dropped the game because we basically said no to all of the plot hooks in character. Hopefully that's not the case. Though if it is in hindsight we should probably say yes to more stuff since we are supposed to do stuff. Kinda like that whole paradox of "my character wouldn't try to take down the empire" in a star wars game. Then you kinda need to break character for the purposes of the game. Hopefully I'm just overthinking things.

Anyone want to run a short story, is fine. No using the Prince and only use Primogen when people get in booku trouble. I finally finished the papers

1. Defense of African American Divisions in World War I
2. Defense of the Intelligence Community in warning Truman about North Korean invasion in 1950.

I have one more week with these classes and then comes the fun stuff. Modern China and Civil War Reconstruction.

I'm going to catch up on what is in the IC and will post something or email players with possible hooks. IF you want to do something special, email me and we'll look at it.

1. Bat-Ghoul (Raul) is going nuts being chained up in the bat cave and not being allowed to be the dark knight he was meant to be.

2. Two Brujah scientists are debating their next move, or their first move, or just any move.

3. The Ravnos has a basic application that monitors traffic on two or three channels and is waiting for more information to arrive. He's not sure whether to tell the others or not.

4. There is a Lasombra running around, but nobody is looking for him.

5. Some of the team wants Raven, they just haven't told Raven.

Am I missing something?

True. 'Some people' because nobody has tried to investigate. Now, I am not going to force the coterie to do anything. They have to be proactive, whether that is going to a library to research or try to experiment or hit a club.

The Administrators are only to help provide options, but in the end the group needs to decide if they want to pursue something or do their own thing. Just don't break the big rules and nobody would care. In fact in the slums many of the rules are relaxed, though it will attract the attention of bigger badder things.
