This is the roughest of drafts, so feel free to tear it apart. I'll be revising as necessary.

FRAU HAINACHTEN (Warlock Patron)
Frau Hainachten (also called Oma Hai or the Yule Shark) is a mercurial spirit willing to lone out monsters, spells, money, etc. But borrowers had better pay her back by Sharksmas Eve like good little boys and girls. Good borrowers get tea and homemade cookies. Bad ones either agree to do Frau Hainachten a service, or they get the chomp. Her Warlocks keep their villages safe from evil spirits with the magic of Sharksmas. Incidentally they also loan out money at exorbitant interest rates. Frau Hainachten's appearance depends on how she views you. She always appears as a bulky, anthropomorphic female shark standing at least 2 feet taller than you. That way she can always look down at you, which is more intimidating. If you aren't in debt, and are in her good graces, shes is smiling, and kindly, and well dressed. She's like a toothy grandma. The less she likes you, or the more debt you have, the worse her appearance becomes. She is known for killing those who anger her, or who pester her too much. Oma has little patience.


EXPANDED SPELL LIST
At 1st Level you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a Warlock spell. The following spells are added to the Warlock spell list for you.

LOANER SHARK
At 1st Level, as an Action you may "lose" a use of a spell slot to summon a cute little Puggle Shark companion (this includes spells you gain via Mystic Arcanum). It manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within 30 feet. This corporeal form uses the Puggle Shark stat block. When you use this ability, choose a type of shark: Dusky, Goblin or Nurse. The creature resembles a 4 legged shark of the chosen type, which determines certain traits in its stat block. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when you take a short or long rest, or you die. If it drops to 0 hit points, Frau Hainachten requires you kill it's murderer or suffer Debt. You don't have to personally be the hand that puts them down, but you have to make certain it happens one way or another.

The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger. You may not cast Concentration spells while using this ability.

Puggle Shark
Small Monstrosity (Medium if the spell level is 4-6, Large if the spell is 7th to 9th)
Armor Class: 11 + the level of the spell (natural armor), +3 if the spell is 6th Level or higher
Hit Points: 25 + 5 for each spell level, +20 if the spell is 4th-6th Level, +40 if 7th Level or higher
Speed: 30 ft., Swim 30 ft. (both speeds increase to 40 feet if the spell is 7th level or higher)
Str: 14
Dex: 11
Con: 16
Int: 4
Wis: 14
Cha: 12
Damage Resistances: cold (spell must be 4th Level or higher), necrotic (spell must be 5th Level or higher Dusky Shark only), psychic (spell must be 5th Level or higher Goblin Shark only), radiant (spell must be 5th Level or higher Nurse Shark only)
Condition Immunities: charmed (spell must be 3rd Level or higher), frightened (spell must be 4th Level or higher)
Senses: Darkvision 60 ft., passive perception 12
Languages: understands the languages you speak
Proficiency Bonus: equals your proficiency bonus
Abilities:
Ability Scores. Modify the Puggle Sharks Ability scores equal to the Spells Level. For example if you used a 1st Level spell, you can increase an ability score by +1. If it's a 2nd Level spell, you can increase one Ability score by +2, or two Ability scores by +1. If it's a 9th Level spell, you can increase one Ability score by +9, or 3 Ability scores by +3, etc.
Skill Proficiencies. The Puggle Shark gains your PB on the following skill checks: Wisdom (Perception), and Dexterity (Stealth).
Actions:
Multiattack. The Puggle Shark makes a number of Bite attacks equal to half the spell’s level (rounded down).
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + PB + see below) piercing damage.
Bonus Actions:
Type damage. When the Puggle Shark successfully hits with it's Bite attack, it does additional damage equal to the spells Level. This does necrotic damage for the Dusky Shark, and psychic damage for the Goblin Shark. The Nurse Shark heals hit points equal to the spell level instead (it may heal it's own hit points or yours, your choice).

PACT BOON
At 3rd Level you get your Pact Boon like normal, but Path of the Chain is not available to you. You may, however, take any other Pact, or opt for the Pact of the Maw: Once per rest you may borrow up to (50 times your Warlock Level) GP from your Matron by incurring debt. Optionally you can get one spell component of a similar amount of GP. You may do this once per long rest.

SPIRITUAL WARD
At 6th you call upon Frau Hainachten to keep evil spirits away. As an Action, you can cast Magic Circle without using a spell slot or components. You may do this once per long rest (twice if you are willing to incur Debt).

SAFE AND SOUND
At 10th you can ask Frau Hainachten for aid when you are injured. You must be conscious to do this. As an Action, you receive the benefits of a Heal spell. You may do this once per long rest (twice if you are willing to incur Debt).

LOANER SPELL
At 14th Level you can 'loan' a spell slot once per long rest to another creature (maximum level of the spell slot is 5th). What it does exactly, depends on the class or abilities of the creature you loan it to. If you loan it to another spellcaster, they can use it to cast a spell of their own. For example, if you gave a Wizard spell. This spell slot must be used before you take a long rest, or it is wasted. If you give it to a Barbarian, their armor class equals 10 + their Dexterity modifier + their Constitution modifier + the spell slots level. This lasts until you take your next long rest. If you give it to a Fighter, they gain the spell slots level as a Bonus on Wisdom Saving Throws. This lasts until you take your next long rest. If you give it to a Monk, they gain Ki Points equal to the spell slots Level. These Ki Points must be used before you take another long rest, or they are wasted. If you give it to a Rogue, they gain a damage bonus on successful Sneak Attacks equal to the spell slots level. This lasts until you take your next long rest.

Once you have taken a long rest, you get some benefits. You get an additional spell slot that must be used before you take another long rest. You may use it to cast a spell, or pay down Debt.


DEBT
Frau Hainachten will occasionally lend her minions or power, but expects a return. That return is called Debt, and Debts can be Minor, Moderate, or Major. 2 Minor Debts equal a Moderate Debt, and 4 equal a Major Debt. 2 Moderate Debts equal a Major Debt. Frau Hainachten will be increasingly reluctant to loan her power or minions if you are already in debt. You must make a Charisma Check to incur more debt if you are already in Debt. If you want to go from Minor to Moderate, the Check DC is 10. If you want to go from Moderate to Major, the DC is 20. If you fail the Check, you don't get the loan. One cannot go higher than a Major Debt, as Frau Hainachten will refuse the loan knowing you can't pay. You may incur Debt in the following ways:

Loaner Shark: The Level of Debt incurred depends on the Level of the spell you used (assuming the Puggle Shark drops to 0 hit points): 1st-3rd: Minor, 5th-6th: Moderate, 7th-9th: Major. The Debt must be expunged within 1 week. If it is not, your Constitution lowers by 1 at the end of this period of time, and again at the end of every week the debt remains unpaid. Once the debt is repaid all lost Constitution returns (there is no other way to prevent or restore this loss). To repay this Debt, you must give up a spell slot for 1 day. If the spell slot is 6th Level or higher, it must be one you gain through Mystic Arcanum of the appropriate Level.

Spiritual Ward: Using this Ability is a Moderate Debt. The Debt must be expunged within 1 week. If it is not, your Constitution lowers by 1 at the end of this period of time, and again at the end of every week the debt remains unpaid. Once the debt is repaid all lost Constitution returns (there is no other way to prevent or restore this loss). To repay this Debt, you must give up a spell slot for 1 day.

Safe and Sound: Using this Ability is a Moderate Debt. The Debt must be expunged within 1 week. If it is not, your Constitution lowers by 1 at the end of this period of time, and again at the end of every week the debt remains unpaid. Once the debt is repaid all lost Constitution returns (there is no other way to prevent or restore this loss). To repay this Debt, you must give up the 6th Level spell slot you gain from Mystic Arcanum for 1 day.

Money: The Level of Debt incurred depends on the amount of money you borrowed: Up to 50 GP is Minor. From 51 to 500 is Moderate. From 501 to 1000 is Major. The Debt must be expunged within 1 week. If it is not, your Constitution lowers by 1 at the end of this period of time, and again at the end of every week the debt remains unpaid. Once the debt is repaid all lost Constitution returns (there is no other way to prevent or restore this loss). To repay this Debt, you must repay the original amount of the loan, plus 10% for each full week that has passed since you took it out.

Note: Optionally the DM may require the PC to agree to a quest (Geas) to repay the debt, or have them perform some service for Frau Hainachten to expunge the debt. Think of it as an easy way to introduce plotlines.

Path of Frost
1st Level Conjuration
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 30 feet (5 foot by 20 foot line)
Components: V, S
Duration: 1 Minute
You create a pathway of solid ice in a 5 foot by 20 foot line, and turns it into difficult terrain for the duration. When the ice appears, each creature standing in its area that tries to move must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must also succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. Any area of effect actions causing fire damage will remove the ice within it's area of effect. Targets who fall prone take 1 point of cold damage..

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the area is increased by one 5 foot square adjacent to the line.



Manyjaws
3rd Level Evocation
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 90 feet
Components: V, S, M (set of teeth)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 Minute
You create four sets of jaws made of force. On the round you cast the spell, and every round thereafter, you may have the jaws attack one or more creatures within range as a Bonus Action. Targets take 1d4 Force damage per set of jaws, which hit automatically.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the number of jaws created increases by one for each slot level above 3rd.



Shark Bolt
4th Level Conjuration
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 90 feet
Components: V, S, M (sharks tooth)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 Minute
This spell summons 2 Water Sharks. They appear in any unoccupied squares within range. A Water Shark summoned by this spell disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.
The summoned creatures are friendly to you and your companions. Roll initiative for the summoned creatures as a group, which has its own turns. They obey any verbal commands that you issue to them (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any commands to them, they attack the last creature you sent them after (or any that attacked them if you haven't ordered them to attack), but otherwise take no actions. The DM has the creatures’ statistics.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using certain higher-level spell slots, more creatures appear: twice as many with a 6th-level slot and three times as many with an 8th-level slot.

Juice Loan
5th Level Enchantment
Casting Time: 1 Minute
Range: 60 feet
Components: V
Duration: Until repayment
As part of this spell, you loan money, or a valuable object that can be easily converted to money to the spells target. You also set the date upon which the loan must be repaid, along with 10% interest per week. If the loan isn't repaid at the set date, the target takes 5d10 psychic damage each week it remains unpaid thereafter.


Polar Ray
5th Level Evocation
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (prism)
Duration: Instantaneous
You unleash a freezing ray, making a ranged spell attack against one target. If it hits it does 10d8 Cold damage.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d8 for each slot level above 5th.

Capstone has been changed, gave it a possible new pact boon, since pact of the chain didn't work well withit, redid polar ray.
