I知 looking for ways to pack as many languages as possible into a low-level build. I知 looking for feats, traits, or class features that grant additional languages. This will be for a human character, so racial options won't be as helpful here.

I知 aware of the Cosmopolitan feat, the Guileful Polyglot class feature and the Unintentional Linguist trait. Are there any other options along these lines?

Just making sure you know about the 1+Int languages you can get from retraining (https://www.aonprd.com/Rules.aspx?Name=New%20Language&Category=Retraining).

Max your ranks in linguistics, gain languages for each rank.
Be a Tengu. They get 2 languages per linguistics rank.
A third party feat, master linguist, grants an additional language for each rank of Perform: Oratory you get after taking the feat.
requires 5 ranks in perform Oratory.
Cosmopolitan grants 2 languages.

Looking around, I've found the Language Scholar (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/regional-traits/language-scholar-regional/) and Noble Born (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/campaign-traits/kingmaker/noble-born/) traits.

It also turns out Humans can take the poorly-worded Adoptive Parentage alternate racial trait. It either adds more languages to the ones you normally start with, forces you to take specific languages with your starting languages, or completely replaces your normal options for languages.

Perhaps more helpfully, the Wayfarer alternate racial trait exchanges the extra skill point per level Humans normally get for that same 2 languages per point in Linguistics thing Tengus have.
