I'm a fan of the Cloak of the Bat but the restrictions on flight make it a pain in the ass. How would one go about pricing a CotB that can fly continuously? Phoenix Cloak is 50k for perfect mobility. The biggest question is how much would the polymorph ability cost figure in?
