What is the best way to build an Ardent tank in E6. Psionic Body + Psionic Feats seems to be abusable for having a lot of HP.
I can use every books for 3.5 and 32 point builds

The core question for any tank is going to be: what makes the enemies want to target you, instead of the squishy rogue?

You could take Martial Study + Martial Stance to obtain Iron Guard's Glare, which imposes a hefty penalty on attack rolls vs your allies, or you could get a reach weapon and go the tripping lockdown route, but both of these eat into your psionic feat allotment.

A "tank" is going to be a damage sponge, because you need to take hits for your allies. In addition to the above caveats about making your enemies target you, you'll also need some way to eat hits.

Consider using inertial armor and force screen to get a high AC, nab various types of miss chances (which should stack; ignore the Rules Compendium's stupidity about them not stacking, since not being able to target you via darkness and being on an entirely different plane altogether have nothing to do with each other), including (greater) concealing amorpha, and tons of hp and temp hp, and a good way of doing this on a psionic manifester is a Psicrystal Affinity + shared share pain + shared vigor. You give temp hp to both yourself and your psicrystal, then split damage between both of you any time you're hit, which your psicrystal's hardness will reduce. Metamorphosis, too, for size bonuses to AC, a high Dex score, natural AC bonuses, immunities, DR, and potentially hardness to reduce damage. Hard but not impossible to grab in E6. Expansion and compression are things you need to look into, too.

Consider being a warforged monk 1 with Tashalatora, so you can enhance your unarmed strikes and body armor with hardness.

[edit] Can you use flaws? Because a custom flaw that makes hostile enemies target you would be a good way to both initiate tanking AND grab you an extra feat (of which you'll want and need many).

Do you know about the ardent ACFs? Because they have some really good ACFs.

[edit redux] Also, consider Improved Trip, increased size/Strength, and a tripping reach weapon (not an exotic weapon, since you don't need to waste a feat on one). If enemies can't get to you because they're flat on their backs, that's fewer resources you need to spend on things like temp hp, although you still want that kind of thing when you can't be a Gargantuan tripping machine.

I probably go Ardent 5/Crusader 1 with Freedom, Creation, Time and Justice Mantles

We can use flaws (but not custom ones). I know the substitue powers, that is the one i gonna choose.

You'll definitely want to go look at the Linked Power feat, from CPsi. It will allow you to manifest powers while also taking your regular actions. Metapower (Linked Power + synchronicity) is especially potent, since that will allow you to manifest additional powers with (almost) no loss in action economy at all, aside from needing psionic foci, which, yeah, will eat up some here or there, but only when you have actions to spare. It also reduces the cost of the powers you're manifesting by -2, meaning an additional power point can be spent on the Linked power. And if you ever make it to level 10 for the dominant ideal ACF, you won't even need that, if synchronicity is on your dominant mantle (which it should be).

You might consider taking astral construct for a disposable minion. A vegan meat-shield, if you will. It's a fantabulous power that can be used in almost any situation, and it can take your place as the party's tank in many situations. The immunities alone are fantastic, and the fact that it can be used while you're hiding, or it can stay behind and sacrifice itself without a second thought on your part, or it can dive into a burning orphanage to save the orphans from being barbecued are definite bonuses, as well.

As to how you can get all of these feats and powers? You can purchase them using money, of course!
