Kaorti Resin webpage archived anywhere?

Does anyone have a link to an archived version of the webpage that mentions "kaorti resin" as a material that gives a weapon an x4 crit? While I found a site that archived a lot of old web enhancement pages that are no longer on WOTC's site, I can't find this one.
