Help pricing flight improvement item...

We have a little downtime coming, so we are getting our crafting options lined up.

The Aasimar shaman in the party took the race option to have flight capable wings. But he kinda sucks in the air. So we are hoping to enchant an item to help him out.

We are looking for:
1) flight speed improvement
2) flight maneuverability improvement
3) flying tricks/stunts
4) fly skill improvement

If there are any Pathfinder or 3.5 items, spells, or abilities that can do any of these, we would appreciate if you noted them.

I know the skill bonus enchantment costs skill bonus squared x 100gp on its own, just looking for package deals...

Pectoral of Maneuverability from Draconomicon will improve one step for 12k.

I don't think maneuverability does anything in Pathfinder except give a bonus (or penalty) on Fly checks. So you can merge #2 and #4.

There is the spell Carrying Wind that improves 1) flying speed by 10/20/30 feet, depending on the level. It is also on the Shaman spell list, but it is 3rd level, so an item wouldn't be cheap.

A normal item that gives the normal Fly-spell works too - faster than aasimar's Angel Wings and also gives a skill bonus, so 1) and 4). The cheapest option would be Winged Boots at 16,000 Gold, but they only give the skill bonus when their flight is activated.
