Skill focus + epic skill focus. Do they stack? From what I can see the bonus is untyped.

No reason they wouldn't. ESF doesn't stack with itself, but that's all.

I don't know of any character or creature which has both, but some have two save-boosting feats (eg the Phaethon has both Iron Will and Epic Will) and they stack.

They're both untyped bonuses, so I'd say they would.

Thanks for the replies. I'm making a complicated statblock, and I wanted to make sure everything is kosher. Now calculating skill synergies! I'm using ChatGPT-4 to help me with that one!

That's a really poor use of ChatGPT (any version). Keeping track of numbers is not among its strengths.
