In the vein of expanding elemental options for 5e I bring you the Elemental Eye Cantrips.

These powers are potent and rare. To be able to cast one of these Cantrips you must be gifted with a Blessed Ankhh by The Watchful God. The Blessed Ankhh is a special eye of otherworldly appearance that replaces one of your own natural eyes. You may only possess one Blessed Ankhh and therefore may only learn one of these Cantrips. Otherwise the Blessed Ankhh functions as a normal eye.



Sun’s Wrath

Evocation Cantrip
Range: 30ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

Your eye is a volcano that erupts with equal fury. Make a ranged spell attack against a target within range that you can see. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 fire damage. Objects take double damage. On a critical hit the target is knocked prone.

At Higher Levels: The spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).



Concussion

Enchantment Cantrip
Range: 120ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

You lock eyes with an enemy and hammer their mind directly. An enemy you can see within range must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or take 1d8 psychic damage and be unable to use bonus actions until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: The spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).



Ocular Flare

Evocation Cantrip
Range: 60ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

A thin line of radiance streaks from your eye and bursts upon impact with an enemy creating a nova of blinding light. Make a ranged spell attack against an enemy you can see within range. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 radiant damage. On a critical hit the enemy is blinded for 1 round. An enemy with light sensitivity is blinded for 2 rounds.

At Higher Levels: The spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).



The Evil Eye

Necromancy Cantrip
Range: 60ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

A look from your baleful eye spells doom for anyone unfortunate enough to be in your line of sight. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 necrotic damage and be unable to benefit from magical healing or regeneration until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: The spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).




Arcsight

Evocation Cantrip
Range: 120ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

Your gaze brings the storm. Make a ranged spell attack against an enemy within range that you can see. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 lightning damage and anyone within 5ft of the target takes 1d4 thunder damage.

At Higher Levels: This cantrip creates more than one bolt when you reach higher levels: two bolts at 5th level, three bolts at 11th level, and four bolts at 17th level. You can direct the bolts at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each bolt.




Air Hammer

Evocation Cantrip
Range: 90ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

The winds roar in response to the power of your gaze. Make a ranged spell attack against a target you can see within range. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed/pulled 10ft by the caster.

At Higher Levels: This spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (2d8), and 17th level (4d8).




Earthen Disturbance

Evocation Cantrip
Range: 30ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

You lock your stone gaze upon one target you can see within range and turn the ground against them. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit shards of earth and stone splinter from the target’s space and deals 1d10 piercing damage, and you may convert one 5ft square of terrain under or adjacent to your target into difficult terrain. Each time you attack you may turn one additional 5ft square into difficult terrain as long as it is adjacent to the target or to another square of difficult terrain you have created.

At Higher Levels: This spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).




Freezing Stare

Evocation Cantrip
Range: 60ft
Components: S, M (Blessed Ankhh)
Duration: Instantaneous

From your new eye you bring the chill of the dark ocean depths to the heart of your enemy. One target you can see within range must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 cold damage and be unable to use their reaction until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: The spells damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).

A sensible limitation. I would probably assign a magic item rarity to the ankh. Uncommon makes sense, considering the power of these. Maybe explicitly say it requires a quest to imbue the ankh with a cantrip.

Yeah, these all look fine for uber-cantrips.

Earthen disturbance is weird and overly complex. I'd remove the last sentence, since being able to break up terrain under or adjacent to the target works fine on its own.
