Which PRCs provide their own manifesting (rather than advance the manifesting of other classes)?

3.0 classes that already require manifesting but can technically be interpreted to grant another (like last IC round's Ballisteer) don't count.

I can think of Fist of Zuoken, Zerth Cenobite, and War Mind.

Are there more?

There's also Psionic Assassin ACF, Secrets of Sarlona p. 113 (not to be confused with the Psychic Assassin, which is a 6/10 advancing PrC found on Web).

Unfortunately this is 3.0, it lists level 0 powers, psionic combat modes, number of attack depending on monk level, and links each school of powers to a different stat.

Neither OP, nor even the thread's name are excluding 3.0 content
The only stated limit is:

3.0 classes that already require manifesting but can technically be interpreted to grant another (like last IC round's Ballisteer) don't count.
Even Illithidkin (Dragon #296) should, technically, fit the bill - except it grants only 0-level powers...

(Also, speaking of - Mindknight (https://web.archive.org/web/20161031215719/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20020819a): it requires power points, but not manifesting. Fit in?)

The savage progressions for psionic illithids and for unbodied both have their own manifesting. Basically racial PrCs, takable from level 1.

Chameleon (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?145669-Making-the-Chameleon-even-more-awesome-(PEACH)) only requires a slight addition/adjustment to become psionic. Not official, but still.
