You may cast the Hex spell on one target as a Bonus Action.

Because Green Flame Blade is specifically a cantrip with a 1-Action casting time, you may also cast GFB. Making the melee attack is part of the casting of the GFB cantrip, not a separate Action.

GFB will not do Hex damage to the extra target because the extra target is not Hexed.
