Monster advancer

I am looking for a monster advancer, ideally offline, that will let me take any monster, add templates, add class levels, advance stats, etc. All the ones I have found only permit adding a template, or adding class levels, but none that seem to do it all, save for one online page I found that seems rather overpriced, and still doesn't seem to have all the features.

Anyone have any they have used/found are good?

You likely won't find a Monster Advancer that deals with non-SRD creatures (or indeed non-SRD classes or options), since those are copyright under the OGL and generally invite a cease-and-desist from WOTC.

Free. It's a two-step process, you add templates first and some magical gear if you like, specify feats, and then it lets you add class levels and advance hit dice on the second page.

Just the SRD stuff should be fine. But thank you. I had seen Monster Advancer, but didn't realize you could add class levels on page 2.
And yes, I saw the one at Dingles games... Seemed pricy, at least to me.
Was hoping for something offline, but MonsterAdvancer should work fine.
