WOTC 3.0/ 3.5 / Pathfinder 1e
I need a Guaranteed 100% fool proof way to bypass Immune to Critical Hits

This is not to gain precision damage, just pure flat out I want to critically hit my target 100%
able bypass fortification and stuff like that is a must if it is possible.

Race & class/prc are not an option to be changed so please do not suggest

Any feat or magical item, 3pp is acceptable if there is a legal link / otherwise list (source & page)

thanx in advance

I don't think there's a way to do this in 3.0/3.5. There are ways round most/all types of monster immunity, but I've looked for a way to ignore fortification and couldn't find one.

How high can you get your base attack bonus?

Reaving strike (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/fencing#toc39) could help.

You might need to buff your effective BAB (for spheres). Most effective way of doing this is with Anashmic (https://libraryofmetzofitz.fandom.com/wiki/Anashmic)

If you're combining 3.5 and PF, then Barghest feeding (plus Divine Power, if the HD you're gaining aren't full-BAB) could get you that BAB, but that's some pretty big cheese, and you'll need a lot of high-HD corpses.

I think Reaving Strike is a winner- Thanx

Reaving Strike
Prerequisites: Fencing sphere, base attack bonus +5.
As long as you have martial focus, when you strike an opponent that has a chance of negating critical hits or precision damage, such as from the fortification armor special ability, reduce that chance by 5% per point of base attack bonus you possess.
When you use this effect, you may expend martial focus to treat creatures that are normally immune to critical hits and precision damage as having a 150% chance to negate the critical hit or precision damage, reduced as normal by this talent’s effect. Treat creatures with a 100% fortification chance or greater as if they were immune to critical hits and precision damage (thus having an effective 150% chance to negate such effects) for the purposes of this talent. Associated Feat: Anatomical Savant.

Anatomical Savant (Combat)
Prerequisite(s): Weapon Focus, base attack bonus +12.
Benefit(s): Choose one weapon with which you have the Weapon Focus feat. When you strike an opponent that has a chance of negating critical hits or sneak attacks, such as from the fortification armor special ability, reduce that chance by 25%. Treat creatures that are normally immune to critical hits and sneak attacks as instead having a 75% chance to negate the critical hit or sneak attack, taking only the attack’s normal damage.
