Still making my campaign, still writing homebrew.
This includes seven new Vestiges and a Binder/Divine caster hybrid, and I could really use some help on balancing both.

Fluff
Seven Good deities were worshipped by the inhabitants of the continent now known as the New World.
Ladar, the Shining one, the god of plenty and sun.
Laina, the Protector, the goddess of just war and protection.
Lita, the goddess of wild nature and the hunt
Lennerth, the Smith-god, the master of every craft.
Laertes, the god of the oceans, mercurial patron of poets.
Leda, the goddess of ice-cold beauty
and Laan the thief who became god.

Thousand years ago, a war has destroyed them. Now, they rise again, calling on their servants and worshippers for a fight against the dark.
But still they are not whole -- only vestiges of their power remain to arm and gird their followers for battle.

Vestiges
There are seven vestiges, one for each god. They are all considered Level 3.

Seal of Ladar has to be drawn in direct sunlight
Binding DC is 15
Special Requirement: Binder has to be good.
Manifestation: Faint light that turns into a golden-light spectre of a young man wearing a toga and holding a spear.
Sign: Skin of the user turns golden-yellow.
Influence: Character bound to Ladar will help the helpless with whatever he can, going as far as giving the last robe. He would not go to ridiculous lengths (e.g. giving a pauper thousands of gold pieces worth of magic items) but he would go out of the way to ensure they’re fed and taken care of.

Granted Abilities:
Sunray: 3d6 Fire Ray (3+Binder level/2 times/day the blast is Positive Energy instead of fire), 30ft, ranged touch attack
Turn Undead : As cleric of your class level (once 5 rounds)
Golden apples of the sun: 1/day you may cause an apple tree to grow, by stabbing a stick into any sort of natural, at least somewhat fertile soil. The stick gets rooted into the earth, and within one hour it grows into a small apple tree, blooms and produces class level x5 golden apples.
Each apple is sufficient to nourish a Medium sized creature as if it were a full meal and heals it of 1d8 points of damage (to the maximum of 3d8 per person per day).
After 24 hours the golden apples lose their shine, and become normal, albeit very delicious apples.

Seal of Laina has to be carved or scratched with a weapon of war
Binding DC is 20
Special Requirement: To summon Laina, you must at some point have defeated an enemy in service of protecting someone, without either divine or mortal aid.
Manifestation: A sword stabbed into the ground in a centre of a chakram. Then it lights on fire.
Sign: You move like you are bigger and more muscular than you are, and your skin takes on bronze sheen.
Influence: The character bound to Laina will protect any non-attacking party, both passively (avoiding collateral damage) and actively (intervening to save the innocents and protect those who are threatened).

Granted Abilities:
Selfless Defence
Once every five rounds, if you are adjacent to an ally when they are attacked, once per binding you can switch places with them and take damage in their stead. The ability must be used after the attack/saving throw roll was made but before the damage is rolled.

Mistress of War
By exercising with a weapon for an hour, you gain a martial understanding of how to use it in combat. You can only designate one weapon per binding.
Lvl 2-4: Weapon Proficiency, Weapon Focus with a chosen Simple or Martial Weapon or Annulat
Lvl 5-8: Weapon Proficiency, Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialisation with a chosen Simple or Martial Weapon or Annulat
Lvl 9+: Weapon Proficiency, Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialisation, Weapon Mastery with a chosen Simple or Martial Weapon, and Whirlwind Attack feat.

Battle Sorcery: Aganazzar’s Scorcher (once per five rounds) at your Binder Level

Note: Annulat is a chakram with 1d6, 19-20/x2 slashing damage, 30ft range, Exotic throwing weapon.

Seal of Lennert has to be drawn on iron and heated red-hot
Binding DC is 20
Special Requirement: Must wear something masterwork made by the character himself
Manifestation: An anvil rising from the ground
Sign: You gain a limp. It disappears during stress times, such as combat, but it is noticeable when you walk.
Influence: The essence of the Master is to fix and improve. Whenever he has to use а broken or improvised tools, he needs to roll Will save to avoid trying to fix the tools first, rather than focusing on the task.

Granted abilities:
Craftsman: Gives bonus to Craft- skills and Appraise equal to Binder level
Blacksmiths' physique:
At will the caster increases in size as if they cast Enlarge Person on themselves, except without any limitations on creature type.
It's a standard action SLA.

Summon Armor 1/10 minutes.
Lvl 2-4: Masterwork Breastplate
Lvl 5-8: +1 Breastplate of Energy resist (Resist 10 for one type of energy chosen during activation)
Lvl 9+: +1 Adamantine Full Plate of Energy resist (Resist 10 for one type of energy chosen during activation), Granting SR = Binder Level
If the character was already wearing an armor, it instead transforms into Lennerth's armor, changing the type of armor to the one described, and gaining the above properties in addition to whatever magic properties it already possesses. If the armor had an enhancement bonus, then it stacks with the enhancement from this granted ability.
Thus if a 12th level Binder was wearing a +1 Nimble Mythral chain shirt, it would turn into a +2 Adamantine Nimble Full Plate that also grants them SR.
The binder is always considered proficient with the summoned armor.
The armor lasts until dismissed, or the vestige is no longer bound.

Summon Weapon
Lvl 2-4: +1 Warhammer
LVl 5-8: +1 Impact Warhammer
Lvl 9-12: +1 Impact Warhammer of Doom Burst.

If the character was already holding a hammer, warhammer or greathammer, it instead transforms into Lennerth's weapon, gaining the above properties in addition to whatever magic properties it already possesses. If the weapon had an enhancement bonus, then it stacks with the enhancement from this granted ability.
Thus if a 12th level Binder was wearing a +1 Impact, Flaming Warhammer, it would turn into a +2 Impact Flaming Warhammer.
The binder is always considered proficient with the summoned weapon.
The weapon lasts until dismissed, or the vestige is no longer bound.

Seal of Lita’s seal must be drawn in unworked ground.
Binding DC is 15
Special requirements: None
Manifestation: A distant sound of the horn, a howl of wolves, and sense of vague, but imminent threat
Sign: The binder’s irises become yellow, and their pupils turn vertical , and his canines sharpen into small fangs.
Influence: The binder becomes restless, taking -2 to skills that require patience and long stretches of sedentary work.

Raksha:
Gain Scent ability and Track feat

Joining the Nature (Sla)
Wild Empathy, Speak With Animals (as the spell, at will)

Feral Power
You may assume the aspect of Lita's favoured animals, dependent on your level. Each SLA is available at will, though they may only be used on oneself, not even if the spell it refers to would indicate otherwise.
Lvl 2-4: Animalistic Power
Lvl 5-8: Bite of the Wererat
Lvl 9-12: Bite of the Werewolf
Lvl 13+: Bite of the Wereboar

Seal of Laertes is activated by pouring wine or seawater on it.
Binding DC is 15
Special requirements: None
Manifestation: A watery maelstrom the size of the seal opening in the ground.
Sign:
Influence: The binder switches seamlessly from deep melancholy to pure joyful merriment, with barely any spectrum in between. If he is joyful, he must try to rouse others to celebrate, if he's sad, he will avoid crowds and won't engage in anything but the most straightforward and important communication, as he yearns to sit alone, drink and brood.

Knowledge of the winedark sea. : Gain Bardic Knowledge and ability to fascinate, inspire competence and suggestion as if you were a Bard of your Binder level once every 5 rounds. You are considered to have Perform at level equal to your Binder level (or your actual skill ranks, whichever is higher) for any prerequisites related to Bardic Music.

Embrace the water: Breathe water and gain Swim Speed equal to your land speed
In addition, you may turn into a dolphin, as Wildshape. (couldn't find stats for dolphin, so use Medium Shark, with 1d4 slam attack instead of bite)

Control the waves Rebuke/Command Water Elementals, Turn/Destroy fire elementals as Cleric of your level. ⅕ rounds.

Seal Must be drawn with perfect artistic flair, requiring Craft(painting or calligraphy) at DC 25
Binding DC is 25
Manifestation: A mirror of ice rising from the seal to reflect the character - looking better than he could ever hope to look in their life.
Sign:The Binder becomes beautiful and distant
Influence: There is a dark undercurrent to Leda's influence - the binder becomes jealous of other's affection and vindictive in response to slights. An insult, especially to one's looks must be repaid sevenfold.

Granted Abilities:
Lover's Caress
As Lastai’s Caress at Binder level, ⅕ rounds

Boreal Wind
As the spell, ⅕ rounds at Binder level

Mirror of Desire:
As a full round action, the binder may choose to change his appearance to that of the target’s object of desire. The ability acts as Disguise Self, except instead of Binder choosing his appearance, he appears as whatever sentient creature the target has the most feelings of love, loyalty or devotion. Be it one’s lover, brother, master, child, or even an imaginary paramour, the Binder takes the exact features of their target, and gets a general sense of their relationship to the target.
The disguise is perfect and cannot be recognized by a visual inspection. Sense Motive opposed by the Binder’s Bluff would allow recognizing the impostor, but such checks receive -10 penalty.
Finally, if the appearance does not match the Binder’s size or type, interacting with the illusion allows for a Will Disbelieve roll.

Seal: Laan's seal is a secret thing, that cannot be drawn where others can see it. The place for the seal must be reasonably concealed from onlookers, and nobody but the binder may be present when it is drawn or the pact is made.
Binding DC is 20
Manifestation: A mask, grinning a crooked grin, and an empty cloak billowing in the nonexistent wind.
Sign:The Binder becomes slight, easy to overlook and almost remarkable in his unremarkability. Their hair (if they have hair) and eyes take up the colour that is least unusual for their race in the region.
Influence:Commited to the heist: The Binder cannot voluntarily suppress their alter-ego (see below)

Granted Abilities:
Alter Ego:
When the character first binds this vestige he is granted an alter ego - a persona that may be entirely different from his usual self. He can designate the details of this persona -- its alignment (cannot be lawful), name, appearance (as per Disguise Self), etc.
While Laan is bound, he maintains the appearance of his persona. Moreover, any magical or supernatural effect that would establish his connection to that alter-ego or gain information about him (e.g. commune, detect evil, scrying, zone of truth, detect thoughts, true seeing, etc), has to pass a CL check against DC of 15+Binder level, or else deliver the results consistent with the character being his alter ego and entirely unrelated to his real persona.
He also adds Binder level to all Bluff checks that would help him establish his regular character as different from his alter-ego.

Note that while in general character keeps all his class features, he cannot access any features that rely on him having a specific alignment. E.g if monk with levels of Binder Binds Laan and assumes a flamboyant alter-ego of a chaotic dashing swordsman, he still can use all the features of a monk. However if a cleric of a lawful deity does so, they lose the access to their granted spells, as they no longer count as being lawful. A Beloved of Valarian would lose their class features while using this feature, if their alter ego is male.

Unless the Sign is active, the character сan suppress his alter-ego and return to his normal persona by taking a full-round action when no one is looking.

Entering without Breaking.
Whenever a spell, spell-like ability or a supernatural effect would bar the character entry somewhere (such as Anti-Life Shell, Repulsion, Forbiddance, Magic Circle Against Evil if the character is an Outsider) without creating physical obstacles, they can attempt a binder level check against 10+CL of the effect. If they win, they ignore the effect entirely while Laan is bound.

Freedom from Conscience: The character who does something while acting as his alter ego, he can avoid it having any impact on his true persona’s alignment.
When doing an act that would result in the change of his original alignment, or incompatible with his class features (such as those of a cleric or paladin) he may roll a Will save with DC according to the table below, and if he’s successful, the act is counted as if it was done by his alter-ego, but not the original character.

"Act""Example:""DC""Small transgression, acting somewhat out of character,""Paladin acting uncharitably or unchivalrously. Cleric talking smack about their god, a Blackguard saving a puppy because it’s just too cute.""10""Medium transgression that would require atonement""Good character murdering someone in cold blood, Evil character saving a baby at risk to himself out of the goodness of their heart.
Lawful character contravening a just law out of spite, for selfish gain or expediency
Chaotic character surrendering his freedom to a liege or god in a major way.""20""A mortal sin, something that cannot be atoned for without truly significant efforts on rehabilitation""Good character torturing people, burning crops during hunger.
Evil minion stopping a plague started by his deity, saving a Good-aligned town or a country out of altruism
Lawful character toppling a just government
Chaotic character selling out a rebellion to the oppressive or tyrannical state, brainwashing someone in a permanent way""30""An absolute abomination, a war crime (or the opposite for Evil characters), something that would be remembered in history books as exact example of standing against everything the alignment stands for""Good character committing genocide, reviving an ancient monster or evil god.
Evil character bringing about a lasting utopia, or helping a Good deity convert an entire country.
Lawful character plunging the country into anarchy.
Chaotic character establishing a law-based oppressive police state or starting a massive slave trade.""50"""

CLASS: SERVANT OF THE SEVEN
While most clerics either choose one patron, or serve an abstract ideal, the Servant of the Seven is unable to choose, and loves all the seven gods equally. And though maintaining eight-way relationship is hard work, the pantheon rewards their servant and entrusts him with the powers of all the seven gods.
My Comment:[/B]This is a free-entry prestige class that can be entered from almost any class but works best with Binder.
It's a combo Divine + Binder class that I wanted to balance around Tier 3, maybe a high Tier 3.

Requirements:
Alignment: Any Good
Skills: Knowledge (religion) 8 ranks
Special Requirements: Has bound Vestiges of all Seven Gods, for at least a day without suppressing their influence
Cannot have a patron deity or be a cleric of an ideal.

Stats:
Hit die: d8
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Servant of the Seven gains no new proficiencies with weapons or armor
Skill Points at Each Level 4 + Int modifier. (Heal, Spellcraft, Survival, Perform, Diplomacy, Move Silently)

Soul Binding:
Your soul binding level improves by your class level, for the purposes of all the Vestige Effects. It does not increase for the purpose of which non-Seven vestiges you can bind.
If you did not have any Soul Binding ability before (e.g. entering this class via Bind Vestige feat), you are considered to have Binder level equal to your class level, before any feats/magic items etc.
Spellcasting:
The Servant of The Seven casts divine spells (the same type of spells available to clerics), which are dependent on which Vestige or Vestiges she has bound. She can cast any spell on the corresponding lists without preparing it. To cast a spell, an the Servant of the Seven must have a Charisma score of 10 + the spell's level (Cha 11 for 1st-level spells, and so forth). The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against the Servant of the Seven's spell is 10 + the spell's level + their Charisma modifier. Like other spellcasters, the Servant of The Seven can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day, as shown in the table above.
To restore the spells, the Servant of the Seven must draw all seven seals during at the dawn time, fulfilling all special reqiirements, and make pact with at least one of them.
The Servan of Seven uses the greatest of his Binder Level or Class level as his Caster Level for spells granted by Servant of Seven class.

Servant of Many: As the character grows in his understaning of his gods, he is more able to contain them. He can bind multiple Vestiges of Seven Divinities at once (two at 3rd level, three at 7th, four at 9th)
Pact Augmentation: As Binder class feature, stacking with the Binder feature of the same name.
Posessed by the Gods (Su):
Once per each Seven Gods' vestige she has bound, the Servant of the Seven can enter an ecstatic state, allowing their vestige/deity to seize control of her mind and speech. This is sort of a lesser version of channeling celestials (as described in Chapter 2), in which the prophet simply becomes helpless for 1 round while a celestial speaks through her. What the celestial says (and who it is) is entirely up to the DM, though it is always at least tangentially relevant to whatever matter is at hand. As a rule of thumb, this ability can have one of the following effects:

any Knowledge check (with a bonus equal to the prophet's character level +5)
a bardic knowledge check (with a bonus equal to the prophet's character level +5)
a divination spell
a detect evil spell
an enthrall (the prophet can continue speaking on her own after the 1 round of ecstasy, continuing the effect)
a good hope spell
an atonement spell
like a phylactery of faithfulness, allowing the them to identify evil creatures and avoid evil acts"

Comments:
So, in theory, this guy gets slightly faster multibinding progression than the Binder, in exchange for essentially getting stuck with low-level vestiges (though the Seven vestiges above are pretty good by ToM standards, and more scalable than most vestiges are designed to be) and almost no minor BInder perks (soul guardian, multiple Pact augmentations etc).
Compared to the other spontaneous divine caster, the Favored soul, he is behind by a full spell level, and gets less spellslots -- and he only goes up to level 6, with no progression further without Epic rules.
However he is more versatile, having up to 12 spell options to choose from for every spell level + 12 granted abilities at moment's notice, and up to 21 with something like a minute of prep time to Expel/Bind Vestige on the fiy with the right feats.
Not sure which way it falls, to be honest. I was also pretty abstract and loose with my selection of spells, so it may turn out to be overpowered on that front too.
Any comments? is this broken? Is some wording unclear? Are there better ideas for Granted Abilities or spells?

I do enjoy binder content so I will offer my review for this.

Some Typos:
Lania: if you are adjustent to an ally" -> if you are adjacent to an ally
Laerters: engage in anything but most straightforward -> engage in anything but the most straightforward
Leda: to change his appearance to target’s object of desire -> to change his appearance to the target’s object of desire
Laan: However if a cleirc of a lawful deity - > However, if a cleric of a lawful deity
Laan: Influence:Commited to the heist: -> Influence: Committed to the heist:
Laan: Magic Circle Agains Evil -> Magic Circle Against Evil
PRC Table: Posessed by the Gods -> Possessed by the Gods

Actual Review:
General Feedback: Binders are critically weak from the levels of like 5-7 due to not having multipacting and a single vestige being really limiting at this point. I would actually reduce the PRC so it could be entered at 4th or give a second vestige at first level. Overall the concept works, anything that pushes Binders away from just rushing to Zerycll is a breath of fresh air.

Servant of X: I assume this is the ability that lets them bind vestige from the set but only the set? You never actually explain what this is or does.

A lot of the vestiges don't have any kind of defensive ability, I might add a couple there. Maybe Lennerthh gives some NA or Lana giving some DR to synergize with her other abilities.

Vestige Specifics:
Ladar: Is the Sunray at will and 3+Binder Level/day it can become healing? Or is that the total usage and it can always be swapped.
Lennerth: Seems fairly weak. Their main ability is granting a weapon worse than what you probably have and granting enlarge self (I assume you mean enlarge person?) at will (Which doesn't even work if you aren't humanoid). I would grant the ability to enhance existing warhammers, some bonus to crafting (Maybe fabricate for equipment once per hour or something) and some fighter bonus feats like power attack.
Laertes: I might give them some ability to actually do something outside of underwater environments. Give some water SLA 1/five rounds. Also specify if the control over water creatures lasts outside the pact (It's debatable whether or not Tenerbous does for undead.

Thank you.

I fixed the typos, cleaned up the wordings.
Changed Lennerth as you suggested, allowing summoned weapon and armor to add onto existing equipment.
Slightly beefed up Laertes with more bardic abilities. But yeah, he's a bit situational.

And I think gaining spellcasting should give enough of a boost to a Binder on 1st and 2nd level of the Prestige class.
