I remember to reading in some of FR books about faezzers, ou faezirs, IDK how to write this. But, by description, are magical fluids from the world that enhances magic users. So, what isthediference between they and a earth node?

Faerzress is a form of magical radiation found throughout the underdark. In the absence of light, it serves as the base of the food chain, and almost all underdark organisms are at least somewhat tainted by Faerzress. In large concentrations, it interferes with teleportation and divinations.

An Earth Node is a very small spherical area of powerful magic, layered like an onion, with the effect being stronger the closer to the core you get. All casters can directly make use of an earth node's energy, but the Node Spellcasting feat allows one to access the full potential of nodes.

The two both occur in the underdark, but have otherwise almost nothing to do with each other.
