Questions on Claws of the Beast power

Hi,

Am planning on running a claw based melee character on an Ardent base.

Had a few questions on the build and was hoping to get some clarification:

a)Maximize and empower working on the claws of the beast:
~was there a general consensus reached? seen it discussed both ways on a few threads

b)Necklace of Natural Attacks and "speed" enhancement:
~ to add an attack (unsure about whether speed and biokinetic boost would stack)

Am trying to find ways to add attacks beyond the Rapidstrike, Improved rapidstrike route.

c)Necklace of Natural Attacks and "sizing" enhancement
~to raise the claw sizes to colossal
