well as the title suggests I am looking for ways that will consistently defeat / foil Detect Magic ( 3.5 / PF 1e )

all 1st party sources allowed

3pp will be considered

please do not suggest homebrew stuff

Races / Classes (PRC) / Feats / Items - all of these are acceptable IF they will consistently defeat / foil Detect Magic

thank you in advance

(greater) Magic Aura (https://www.aonprd.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Magic%20Aura).

Additionally:
From the spell in question (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/d/detect-magic/):
"The spell can penetrate barriers, but 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt blocks it." (price unclear)
Mind Blank (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/m/mind-blank/) may be overkill, but will do the job if the aura is on a creature.

Complete Scoundrel mentions lead-lining items (backpacks, clothing, etc.) for just this purpose. Cost is 10gp and increases the weight of the item by 10%. A lead-lined backpack costs 12gp and weighs 2.2lbs. Dump all that looted magical gear into it just before the sorcerer at the palace gates casts Detect Magic on you as you leave and you're laughing.

It also covers hidden spaces in boot heels, hidden pockets, hollow books, etc.

Misdirection (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/misdirection.htm), as long as there's a nonmagical object in range. It does allow a Will save, though.

Wrap the object or trap you want to hide in a few CP of lead foil.
