I am going to be a spell caster starting at level one and I am thinking to do a focused specialist conjurer that will take prestige classes with probably 10 levels of Dweomkeeper. Below is my characters info starting at Level 1. I am not trying to get crazy and I am fine with dipping cleric to meet arcane and divine spells.

Race: Grey Elf
Str 10
Dex 18
COn 12
Int 20
Wis 14
Cha 10

Projected Build to level 5.

Two Flaws
Level 1 Wizard - Feats: Improved Initiative, Spell Focus, Precocious Apprentice (grants an extra second level spell and early entry to Master Specialist), Coercive Spell (helps reduce opponents will save on damage).
Note: At level 4 will retrain Precocious Apprentice to Sculpt.

Level 2 Cloistered Cleric- Domains: magic domain (to qualify for Dweomkeeper), rune domain (for scribe scroll) and knowledge devotion (to help with to hit on ranged spells)

Level 3 Master Specialist- Feat: Metamagic School Focus
Level 4-5 Master Specialist
Level 6 TBD -

Should I go Dweomkeeper at level 6 or 7. At level 7 I can put a Level 4 spell as my 1st mantle spell as opposed to a level 3 if I go in at 6. If I go in at 7, what should I at 6?

Also, what are the good wizard spells for mantle spells?

Any general build advice is also appreciated. Most 3.5 source material is available. However, I know that Paragnostic Apostle is not available to me because there will not be a Paragnostic Assemby in our world.

Thanks in advance.

focused specialist, you need to ban 3 schools, do not ban abjuration, you need that if your gonna do any planar binding
you can ban evocation as you can get most of that back from shadow evocation and greater shadow evocation from the illusion school
necromancy and enchantment are my usual bans, transmutation has too many good buffs, but enchantment can be good if your doing any planar binding, so its always a tuff call

you can also find a way to get UMD to then use scrolls and wands of banned schools

charisma, you might want to reconsider that, cha boosts bluff, bluff is good for planar binding and making deals, especially if you go the malconvoker route

Conjurer Variants
https://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/specialistWizardVariants.htm#conjurerVariants
Rapid Summoning (Ex)
Any time a conjurer using this variant casts a summon monster spell, its casting time is 1 standard action rather than 1 full round. (Creatures so summoned can only take a standard action in the round they are summoned.) Conjurers using this variant gain the normal benefits from enhancing a summon monster spell with the Quicken Spell feat.

A conjurer using this variant permanently gives up the ability to obtain a familiar.

getting your summons off first is so much better

Enhanced Summoning (Ex)
At 1st level, a conjurer using this variant gains the Augmented Summoning feat for free instead of the Scribe Scroll feat.

ignore level 5 and 10, your prestiging out before then anyways

A conjurer using this variant does not gain bonus feats for advancing as a wizard.

altho i think your planning on taking that as i see your getting scribe scroll elsewhere

as for retraining, retrain the martial weapon feats you get for being an elf first, precocious apprentice still gives u 2nd level slot and an untyped skill bonus

Not sure if this is of interest, but you can enter DK via wizard without degrading your spell access via Silverbrow Human Wizard 5/Singer of Concordance 2/Dweomerkeeper <n> taking Southern Magician at level 3 for the ability to cast divine spells.
