My group was planning on playing a campaign where we all play as warforged and I really liked the Landforged Walker Prestige class. Their capstone ability is the ability to wildshape into plants, getting access to plants 2 levels earlier than druids, and huge plants 5 levels earlier.
I can't access any of the old sites that old threads linked like 12 years ago to find a list of all of the creatures with the plant type. As long as I can get a list of what the name is and what book it's from. Any 3.0 or 3.5e expansions are fair game.
I would really just like more than
Assassin Vine
Fungus, Shrieker
Fungus, Violet
Phantom Fungus
Shambling Mound
Tendriculos
Treant

I don't know how much help I can be in this respect, but as the resident FLOWER, I must warn you to
https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Plant_creatures_(3e)
ignore this one (it is deceptively respectable-looking, but far from complete);
https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?71750-Plant-Monsters
absolutely ignore this one, because all it lists is the SRD-ones and two or three homebrewn things; and
https://www.enworld.org/threads/all-the-different-types-of-plants.215584/
use this with caution (it's certainly not entirely comprehensive, as (off the top of my head) it lists Orcwort, but not Wortlings, for instance; in addition to listing 3rd party and non-3.x items).

Here's the monster index: https://web.archive.org/web/20161031212207/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/monsters
And the archived 3.5 web content in general for future reference: https://web.archive.org/web/20161031211045/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/dnd

well, if you add Greenbound Creature, Wood Element Creature, Yellow Musk Zombie or Blightspawned templates, almosty anything can be a plant creature.
Also, topiary guardians.
