Using playtest EK, acquiring Heat metal spell?

Say you have a playtest pure Eldritch knight. I saw with Red Robe Initiate/adept feats, you can acquire Heat Metal spell. Are there any other ways to acquire it as a pure playtest EK?

Izzet Engineer Background from Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica is probably the only way other than said feats, barring multiclassing. No other feat has the benefit of obtaining a spell above 1st level, and I can't think of any race/species with a free choice of 2nd level spell, either.
