Exalted/vile feats outside BoED/BoVD/FCI

Until today I thought the only exalted and vile feats were in the books listed in the thread title, but I've just found out that there are few more in PGtF (p.176-177). Are there any others anywhere?

Edit: also exalted/vile prestige classes?

Exalted feats can also be found in Champions of Valor.

Vile feats have a few more additional sources:
- Elder Evil
- Fiendish Codex I
- Exemplars of Evil
- Heroes of Horror
- Champions of Ruin
- Drow of the Underdark

Flesh Eater (#300) - [vile] PrC
Number of "Thrall of ..." [vile] PrC in the "Demonomicon" articles - Pazuzu (#329), Fraz-Urb'luu (#333), Zuggtmoy (#337), Baphomet (#341), Kostchtchie (#345), Dagon (#349), and Malcanthet (#353)
