There are a lot of sites with lists of the books e.g. wikipedia or dnd-wiki.org
So you are searching for a list of books with complete in their name?

But in the short there are eight:
Complete Adventurer
Complete Arcane
Complete Divine
Complete Warrior

Complete Champion
Complete Mage
Complete Psionics
Complete Scoundrel

For reference, here's the list of 3E rulebooks: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dungeons_%26_Dragons_rulebooks#Dungeons_&_Dragons_3rd_edition_and_v3.5

It doesn't include setting-specific books but apart from that I think it's got all of them.

On the other hand, if you're just looking for books like that (supporting classes of certain types), the 3.0 equivalents were Sword and Fist, Tome and Blood, Song and Silence, Defenders of the Faith, and Masters of the Wild.

I am not 100% positive that this link has everything but it is a good start.
