Another player in the campaign I'm in is looking for a 3rd party feat that allowed you to hide behind allies. Can anyone help point us in the right direction please?

With or without a size difference?

It's nominally already possible, because allies (all creatures, really) provides cover, and cover is nominally enough for making /being allowed a stealth check.

But anyway, otherwise, there is hellcat stealth, which is first party, which is more or less "hide in plain sight in a feat"

Do note that "can you use allies providing cover for stealthing" was hotly contested in times past. Some races have it easier, such as halfling with their alternate trait "human shadow", which can esplicitly hide behind medium creatures with just the cover and no other positive variable (usually, concealment/dim lightning/something) (aka hide in almost plain sighy)
