A couple spells that came to me. For 1e, these would be Druid spells; for 2e, they'd be Plant sphere. In either case, they'd be castable by rangers, but of little use to druids (who can't use bows).

Instant Arrows
Level 1
Range: Touch
Duration: 1 turn
Area of Effect: Up to 6 arrows
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 4
Saving Throw: None

With this spell, the caster turns a volume of wood into up to 6 arrows, sized for either a long bow or a short bow. These arrows may be fired like any arrow, have a +1 to hit, and do 1d6+1 damage (more, if the bow and archer have the strength). The caster may give these arrows to another to fire. After 1 turn, or once they have been fired (whichever is first), they cease to be magical, and so lose their bonus to hit, and return to doing only 1d6 damage. They remain, however, serviceable arrows.
(Visually, in 1e, these will be absolutely normal arrows; in 2e, they will be entirely wooden, because they are Plant sphere).

(Rationalization for level: This is a combination of Magical Stone and Shillelagh; Magical Stone allows 3 rounds of attacks before it fails, and so does this. As it effectively transmutes wood into arrows, someone might use it to stock up infinite arrows, but they are just arrows after a turn. The damage is a bit less than either Magical Stone or Shillelagh allow, but as they are for bows, the archer gets the advantage of rate of fire, and any strength bonuses from their bow)

Full Quiver
Level 2
Range: Touch
Duration: 1 turn + 1 round/level
Area of Effect: Up to 20 Arrows
Components: V, S, M
Casting time: 5
Saving throw: None

The caster touches a quiver with at least 1 arrow or bolt in it. For the duration of the spell, that quiver will supply limitless non-magical copies of that arrow; if it is a sheaf arrows for a long bow, they will be sheaf arrows for longbows. If it is a +5 bolt for a hand crossbow, they will be non-magical hand crossbow bolts. If there are several different types of ammunition in the quiver, the caster must choose one. Each of these arrows will last for only one round outside of the quiver.
No more than three archers may use this quiver in any one round. A single archer may use this quiver without penalty. Two archers, standing side by side, may use the quiver together, but at a -1 to strike. Three archers may all share the quiver, but all will take a -2 to strike as they jostle for position.
At the end of the spell, the arrow or bolt chosen disappears.

(Individual arrows not as good as Instant Arrows, but with a much longer duration. Compare to Spiritual Hammer or Flame Blade; the duration is longer, with more potential attacks, but with no magical advantages to it them)
