Using the Tolstoffs

Hey all,

I'm starting a campaign up after having not played for some time and I wanted to walk the players through the Tolstoffs from EoE and later link it to the Worm that Walks from Elder Evils.

The problem: I can see the Elder Evils suggests throwing the twins at the players at EL 3, but the encounters are all between 6-10 EL in EoE.

So, using those books what's the best way to blend the two together, and the rough character levels to start things up?

Just had a look at it, I think you misread it. At EL3 it says that Spawn of Kyuss start to appear, and at EL6 you fight the creatures in EoE.
