Is there an SRD or OGL equivalent for OG D&D or AD&D.

I have inquired with Wizards, and the farthest back they tell anyone about is 3e...

The OGL was an innovation created FOR 3rd edition with the intent of making it easier for 3rd party publishers to create content for it, so no, nothing prior had anything like that.

What Crake said. The OGL and the SRD were first published for the 3.0 and 3.X rules and previous editions (and Fourth) are not covered by it. After the OGL debacle, Wizards of the Coast has said they are "looking into" SRDs for Classic and Advanced (and Fourth) but nothing has come of it, yet; it's a lot of work that would come at the expense of 5e and D&Done products that they'd actually make money off of, so I wouldn't expect them to come up with anything soon, but I do think they will eventually come up with something.

However, a number of SRD-based OSR games, including Old School Essentials, have published their own SRDs.
