Arcane Ward Order of Operations

The text of Arcane Ward (Abjuration Wizard feature) says "The ward has a hit point maximum equal to twice your wizard level + your Intelligence modifier." Does that mean it has 2 x (level + int) hitpoints, or (2 x level) + int?

It maths out to effectively being around (roughly) giving the Wizard a D10 Hit Die and +1 Con mod.
