Does the +x AC carry over for Druids that wildshape?

I am thinking it does.

And when you see +x/+y for ability increases, this is 2 separate abilities, right?

You're right on both counts.

VoP works when Wildshaped, and is generally considered a decent choice for Druids. However, you should note that VoP powers are well behind abilities/powers that you can buy with standard wealth by level. So even if you're a Druid and have to pay for the Wild Enhancement and/or other special attachments for your magic items so that they work while your are Wildshaped, you usually end up getting less from VoP.

While this has been discussed ad nauseum, the lesser numerical benefits from VoP do allow you up to 10 exalted feats, and a certain wrath of the forest fluff.

And if your an ultra cheap dm and you want to flesh out good Druids in a evil campaign it's not a bad idea.
