Custom Class Template?

I feel bad posting an entire topic for something like this but my google-fu has failed me. I'm looking for a program neutral (I don't have microsoft word precisely) template for creating custom base and prestige classes.

Preferably with the same formatting in the handbooks such as the -
Class name
Adventures:
Characteristics:
Alignment

GAME RULE INFORMATION
X have the following game statistics.
Abilities: Blurb about stats etc.
Alignment: Blah blah.
Hit Die: dX.

So on and so on.

And same deal with "new" or prestige classes with the little adaptions section and "Class in the world" blurbs

Yep that'll do nicely! I remember years ago seeing a word file the community had that had identical formatting to the PHB including colors and what not but it doesn't need to be perfect for my purposes!

What's amazing is that the original writers apparently didn't have such a template, as evidenced by the multiple errors in the Swordsage listing (everyone knows about the weird x6 skill points issue, but nobody ever notices the weird BAB progression).
