Neither of these arcana are good on their own, but together they're decent and interesting.

If you are casting defensively and you fail your concentration check, one of the creatures that is threatening you provokes an attack of opportunity, from you or from one ally who is adjacent to the enemy.

Whenever you fail a concentration check to cast a spell, a cantrip effect is created. Randomly determine one of your cantrips known. There is a 50% chance this cantrip affects a target of your choice within 60 feet; otherwise it affects you.
Note: Ask your GM to take wildbloodlines with Crossblooded Sorcerer, as it's not technically legal.

To activate these arcana, you need to cast defensively and fail your concentration check. One way to fail concentration is to use a Barbarian Rage, Skald Raging Song, or a spell such as rage. Another way is to have low charisma and take penalties to concentration, such as those listed in the reddit post which originated this idea. (3)

Now that you've failed your concentration check, (karmic) you or an ally gets an attack of opportunity, and (anarchic) a random cantrip effect is created.
The cantrip is chosen randomly and might target you, so you probably want to avoid having attack cantrips like acid splash on your list. You might even want to only have a single cantrip! Also notice the wording: the cantrip is not cast. You just create the cantrip's effect.

This ignores restrictions on targeting, so you can use personal spells like oath of anonymity (like disguise self, but only one specific disguise).
It also ignores long casting times, so you can use mending. (fix 1 item HP)
You can take the trait: two-world magic, (4) to add a cantrip to your spell list, such as guidance (+1 to next roll) or sift (search a 10ft cube).
You can also use some interesting effects with Magic Trick: mage hand or prestidigitation. (5)

So you can do this as a standard action. That's not a very good use of your time, but you can take Paladin, to cast detect evil as a move action. Your GM may interpret that this move action option is an extra ability that is not casting detect evil, just using its effects. In this case, see if they'll allow the Knight of Coins archetype's spell-like detect magic instead. (6)

And while you're dipping Sorcerer anyway, you might as well take these archetypes:

Eldritch Scrapper archetype to trade your bloodline power options for Martial Flexibility! (7)
Or you could trade it for a Bloodline Familiar instead, but it'll stay at 1st level. (8)
Seeker Archetype to trade eschew materials for disarming magical traps. (9)
