You don't fulfill the condition for acid, cold and electricity, and you don't fulfill the condititon for cold and fire. So per RAW, you get neither, I guess.

Technically not how it works by RAW.

There's weird edge cases possible where you can end up casting the [Good] version of the spell while being Evil; an evil sorcerer with Arcane Disciple (Mysticism) and the Celestial Bloodline feat would be one unambiguous example. Unable to cast Evil spells, but able to cast Visage of the Deity anyway. Such a character would gain the cold/fire resistances, not the acid/cold/electricity ones.

Not true in this case. The spell specifically says "if you are good" you get one set of resistances and "if you are evil" you get the other, not "if you cast it as a good/evil spell". If you're neither good nor evil, you get only the Cha bonus, whichever way you cast it.
