Concept into character

I am really good at turning an idea into an actual build. It is not super optimized, it's more focused on flavor, and what kind of person your character is. I also have so many D&D books, so chances are, if you want something like say, a character who knows someone in nearly every town they visit, and your DM is not very open to homebrew, or you just do not want to use homebrew, I can help. Just post your character concept, and I will try to figure somthing out
