That is a good point being as the sword would probably be with Roy's body as well (unless Eugene could only visit Roy because they were related: I know he commented that it's awkward for him to get involved with what Roy was doing due to the oath, so there may be some other problem).

I have suggested that Roy will manage to visit Haley in her dreams due to the sword, and supply some sort of cryptic warning. We may yet see something of the sort.

why is everyone using spoilers? or maybe sine eugene was a caster in real life he had scrying ability, roy doesn't. he'll need to get someone to do it for him.
