help with magical arrows

i play dnd 3.5. i was wondering if there is an arrow that when fire at the target the target gets teleported to the archer. anyone ever see something like this.

Smiting Spell lets you put a touch spell on an arrow for +1 spell levels. Dimension Hop is a 2nd level touch teleportation spell. They're even from the same book, PHB2.

Variant of Dislocator in the Magic Item Compendium moves its target not 1-100 miles in a random direction, but up to 10' in any direction you choose
Great Dislocator [synergy] increases it up to 30', and DC of saving throw - to 20

One more example - Sending weapon special ability (Lost Empires of Faerûn): it teleports the target anywhere on the same plane - but works only on the natural 20 (and costs as +4 bonus)
