Bobby B. Wright (also known as the Holy Robert Bartholomew Wright, Chosen Prophet of the God from the Machines)

Bobby Wright was always good with machinery, at age six his toy soldiers independently conquered three neighboring yards and at age sixteen he built a fully-functional prom date. But his ambition was as lacking as his talent was obvious and by age 22 he had settled down as a mechanic at the local auto shop, content with fixing cars and only occasionally breaking local regulations and the laws of physics.

One day, a customer came to the auto shop, asking for a tune-up by Bobby in particular. As it turned out, it was Apotophlex – the God from the Machines – in human form, come to meet the legendary grease monkey. After verifying that Bobby Wright was pure of heart and dirty of overall, Apotophlex proclaimed Bobby his Chosen Prophet and gave him the Gift of being able to talk to any technology.

With the Gift, his trusty toolbox and a very vague job description, the Chosen Bobby B. Wright set off into the world.

Cliches:

Machine Whisperer (4)
Fixer, Builder and All-Around Inventor (4)
Percussive Maintenance Man (also known as Hitting It With A Wrench) (2)

Caryatid: The Eternal Sentinel

Once a valiant Roman soldier, Caryatid's fate took a mystical turn when he was cursed to become a living column of stone. His story, lost to the sands of time, re-emerged in 1885 when he was unearthed in Africa during a British archaeological expedition. Initially mistaken for a remarkable ancient sculpture, Caryatid was transported to Britain, destined for a museum. However, his true nature was uncovered following an incident that revealed his extraordinary abilities, drawing the attention of MI6. Since then, Caryatid has served the British government, becoming an immortal guardian and an invaluable asset in covert operations.

Through the ages, Caryatid has witnessed the transformation of the world, participating in pivotal historical events while grappling with his lost humanity and the eternal burden of his curse. His long service through various global conflicts has shaped him into more than just a warrior; he is a relic of the past, striving to find his place in the modern world. Caryatid's struggle with his identity and purpose adds a layer of depth to his character, making him a complex and intriguing figure.

Clichés:

Roman Soldier (2): Trained in ancient combat and tactics, but his abilities are somewhat diminished by his stone form.
Living Stone (4): A cursed form granting him durability, strength, and unique stone-related abilities.
Brute Strength (4): Possesses immense physical power, capable of feats of extraordinary strength.

Ark Magnus - The Murim Necromancer
Traits:
Murim Martial artist 4 Hand to hand and weapon specialist of a murin world. The cultivation techniques allows him to gather Qi to evolve and eventually transcend reality.
Shadow Necromancer 4 Uses shadows to move and summon killed beasts/people/soldiers as coalesced shadows.
Reincarnator of a diferent world 2 Has memories of his former self. Has knowledge, battle experience and mind endurance both above and beyond his age.

A man running in the night... flashes of wind... the pursuers were near... Nearer.
The gaping wound was making him slow. Red hand... The hand was full of blood... The sign of betrayal...
Foggy vision... death was approaching... He was going to die... If only he could survive to know better. To avenge his clan, his sensei... If he could... Mount Hua sect wouldn't go down like this. He had to survive...
In the end, there was no end, there was just a new begining.

Ark opens his eyes as the dream fades away, and his breath becomes normalized. This new world, this new life was a chance. To learn. To grow stronger, to evolve.
Since he was a baby he started to cultivate. A man in a childs body. But at 16, a new energy was felt... A energy of this world. Magic. The arcane. Cold and dark, filled with shadows. Similar, but diferent. Wielding the knowledge of his previous life, the maners and maneirisms of his former self, Li Kai, now Ark Magnus, a young promising hero, is searching for a way to return home.

Blerps character sheet

Tropes/Clichés: Celestial Body(4), Space Sorcery(4), Pilot-Engineer(2)
Altair Centauri Lewis was born and raised in rural Colorado. His parents, Dr. Diana and Dr. Quentin Lewis, met while they were working on the Ouranos probe, which was the first nuclear rocket to transit Neptune. Incidentally, they had difficulty deciding whether to name him after Alpha Centauri or Altair (two of the brighter stars visible from Earth), and so had to compromise.
They never really talked much about their work — they didn't want him to feel like he had big shoes to fill — but even so he felt the calling of the night sky throughout his youth. His education in aerospace engineering, alongside his membership in the flying club through which he attained a private pilot license, led perfectly to his candidacy for the Juno II mission, which was to orbit Jupiter. Tragically, however, his parents perished in a plane crash around that time. When he found out about their careers, that steeled his resolve, and he decided to continue to train as an astronaut. The mission he flew, Juno III, was the first human-built vehicle to land on a body beyond the asteroid belt (specifically Callisto, the third moon of Jupiter). Ironically, taking this step for humanity was also how he lost his.

(DRAMATIC SCENE SHIFT)

In the far reaches of space, just beyond view from Earth for the bulk of human history, lies the Gate of Heaven Nebula. Composed of exotic gases and rare materials, it was only recently discovered by humans, and was also the place where the star Aerilas Zephyrian was born. A O0a+ blue-violet hypergiant, Aerilas is among the most energetic sort of star, and the intense solar wind he emits (alongside his blue color) is the origin of his name. His birth sent him hurtling into the next galaxy over, where he encountered another star -- a far smaller G-series star similar to Earth's own sun. This star, whose name to humans is Vail Prima (Quentin Lewis happened to name a few stars in that sector, and he had grown rather fond of the Colorado village) formed a binary system with Aerilas, and the two would witness together the constant changes that always occur throughout the cosmos for billions of years. That is, until one day...

(DRAMATIC SCENE SHIFT AGAIN)

What happened to Altair on the Juno mission is something he still has trouble describing. All recordings of the event are lost save for the voice comms of the other crew, whose shock at his sudden disappearance turns to shock at his sudden reappearance in the form of something completely different. In any case, the being that returned from the depths of space that night was no longer human, nor a star, but some odd fusion of the two. Apparently he had been teleported into Aerilas Zephyrian's core, and the latter had elected to merge his being with Altair to preserve the mortal's life, as his compassionate soul could not bear to directly cause the death of a living being.

After he returned to earth, the power afforded to him by his new form allowed Altair to make peace with his past by peering into it at the scene of his parents' death and, with some help from a necromancer who could summon their souls temporarily, finally getting to tell them goodbye properly. He's rather obvious if he goes out normally, so he tends to stay cloaked most of the time (see picture; it's large so I spoilered it separately) and avoid drawing attention to himself, but humanity did help him get catharsis (not to mention the ability they have to build massive observatories he can use to view places far away without having to actually bother traveling there) so they're worth protecting.
