I just purchased the Power Rangers RPG core rulebook from Renegade Studios. I was wondering if anyone wanted to give the system a whirl? Renegade studios has pregenerated characters (https://renegadegamestudios.com/account.php?action=download_item&data=MzU2NjM1LDQzMiwxMjU2MDg4LGFlMTk4ZjdmNzc5ZDg5N zk5YTFlODBkYjdkMTQyM2U5LDAxNTAwMTU4ODg5Njk1NzIwMjk yMTkxNDE5MDk0MDc5#), so there is no commitment to buy the core rule book to play. The Essense20 system looks pretty easy to learn. I was thinking we could run the Fool's Errand and A Glutton for Punishment premade adventures. The former is in the core rulebook, it seems very much designed to show the players & GM the basics of the system; while the latter is a more robust adventure from the GM Screen pack.

I am open to players running pre-made characters or rolling up a new character. :smallbiggrin:

I'm honestly surprised to see the system even mentioned in passing on this forum. Will you be going straight out of the books, or mixing it up some? You mentioned using either pregens or making brand-new characters, so I'm also curious what source books you'd allow, if there's a type of build you'd prefer people to gravitate towards ("optimal" stats first, narrative first?) and whether you'll be creating a new team or the players will be a Mighty Morphin team specifically.

I've been looking for a game, so I'm trying to see if your intended one is a good fit, just to be clear.
