I don't think this has been in a thread yet, so figured I should share. D&D stamps (https://about.usps.com/newsroom/national-releases/2023/1130-usps-reveals-additional-stamps-for-2024.htm) coming next year in honour of the 50th anniversay!

A few classic monsters and characters, including the 5e DMG cover of Acererak and the classic Larry Elmore Red Box cover. I think that might be Lord Soth in the top left corner?

I'm no philatelist but some of these look interesting.

I’m surprised at how many of these stamps use 5e art (well, technically the Tiamat stamp is Magic: The Gathering art reused in a 5e book); I would have suspected a greater diversity of editions, though the reason for using recent Drizzt art is obvious and understandable, especially given that laypeople will be seeing these stamps.

A collab between my hobby and my wife's hobby. I never would have guessed it. Thanks for the post!

As a guy who grew up during the satanic panic, I can’t believe D&D is going to be on stamps now!

The game has gone from "Play this and go to Hell" to "The most popular RPG of all time". Only took a few decades.

To be fair, it held the latter title while it held the former too :smalltongue:
