Can touch of healing benefit from Augmented healing?

I assume you're talking about the Touch of Healing reserve feat from Complete Champion and the Augment Healing feat from Complete Divine. ToH is not a spell, even if it is clearly intended to emulate a cure spell, and thus is not affected by Augment Healing.
Also, this is probably a question more fit for the simple RAW thread.
